The Address at High Park has almost finished occupying! 2 weeks ago Fontana Condominiums by H&W Development Corporation in Markham had its V.I.P Broker Event and Public Opening Event showcasing their new model suite. With everyone’s hardwork and dedication we had two very successful events and a beautiful model suite to showcase! Fontana offers a living environment where all of life’s little luxuries come together in a refined and leisurely lifestyle like no other. Make sure to come by the Fontana Presentation Centre and visit the new model suite!  

The holiday season is now underway and we have seen some great spirit from the Parkside Village team! The Parkside Village team is always getting involved in different events and displaying their outstanding team spirit! On Halloween we had a Cow Girl, Disco Queen, Cat Woman, and Surgeon come visit us! Although Halloween has come and gone, Christmas is now less than a month away and things couldn’t be merrier at the Parkside Village Presentation Centre. Hope everyone had a great work week :)  it’s that time of the month again where we update you all on what has been happening at In2ition and with our projects!

In2ition is in the process of preparing for the launch of The Bowery by Richcraft Development in Ottawa. The Bowery is an iconic new condominium that is coming to Centretown just steps from Bank Street. The Bowery offers condominium living with a distinctly New York vibe and will offer an exciting new take on cosmopolitan living in Ottawa. This new and exciting development is currently in the registration phase and will be launching in the next few weeks! Construction is now underway at Wallace Walk, the new urban towns by Tor-Bel Group! Wallace Walk is a collection of new urban townhomes on Wallace Avenue, nestled in the Junction Triangle neighbourhood. With an urban brick and glass façade, each townhome is one, two or three storeys, and features fabulous outdoor living spaces.

As one new development starts construction, another is almost complete. The Address at High Park by Chestnut Hill Homes is in its final stages of construction and will be occupying this fall!  The Address is a seamless extension of the Bloor Street vibe, where cool, slim lines merge with traditional brick and stone. A classical, beautiful testament to the neighbourhood itself-respecting its flavors, its connection to the city’s largest urban park! 

The Grand Residences at Mississauga’s first urban village by Amacon began occupancy in June and is almost fully occupied. The Grand Residences is one of the tallest condominium projects at Parkside Village and every inch exceeds expectations with beautiful features and finishes. The Grand Residences is a place to welcome friends and enjoy being with family in the heart of Mississauga!

We're Back!

We know we’ve been M.I.A for a while but WE’RE BACK and ready to update you on the exciting year we’ve had so far. Most exciting of all, we’re moving into our BRAND NEW STATE OF THE ART office this fall! We’ll be located in one of the Parkside Village buildings at Mississauga City Centre! The process of designing the new office and seeing everything come together will make the unbearable winter move all worthwhile! 

Not only is In2ition relocating but we are expanding – internationally! There’s a huge number of foreign investors purchasing pre-construction condominiums in Toronto and for that reason we’ve decided now is the appropriate time to adapt and meet the needs of our builders clients, and our future international purchasers, by opening a permanent sales office in Hong Kong. 

In addition to our Hong Kong expansion, another market we’ve recently tapped into is the Rental Market. Due to the new homes market slow down, the rental market is hotter than ever! This past summer we launched a full scale Leasing and Property Management division. Our goal is to make the transaction between the property owner and tenant seamless! Want more info?! Although this year has been relatively calm in the New Home Real Estate World, we’ve been fortunate enough to get a few successful launches under our belt for 2013. In March, we launched Park City Condominiums, a mid-rise building located in Burlington. Park City Condos is Burlington’s latest condo community where the best of cool city style meets the pleasures of park living. The wait and anticipation of this 4-storey condo community had purchasers waiting in line the night before The Preview Opening! (See pic below).  More recently (3 weeks ago), we launched The Towns at Parkside Village, 68 townhomes in Mississauga City Centre. These modern townhouses located in downtown Mississauga brought a fresh take to the Mississauga real estate market. This fall, we’ll also have the opportunity to bring different innovative ideas to the Ottawa market as we work with Richcraft Developments and Montana Steele to launch The Bowery!

We can’t forget about BILD’s 4^th Annual Race for Humanity.  Spearheaded by In2ition and the Toronto Star, for the 4^th consecutive year, we chaired this charity fundraiser and loved every minute of it! On July 18^th, aka one of the hottest days of the summer, 27 teams of industry professionals participated in this Amazing Race-style event in support of Habitat for Humanity Toronto. Teams danced to the “Gangnam Style”, got in touch with their inner-builder by creating miniature developments out of sweets and completed a game of “Guess Who” featuring the BILD Board of Directors and BILD members. These were just some of the challenges throughout the day! Thanks to all the participants, volunteers and everyone involved we were able to raise $14,000 for a family in need. 

One of the most rewarding experiences of the year was receiving BILD’s 2013 Best Low-Rise Salesperson/Best Sales Team award for Wallace Walk by Tor-Bel Group. Thanks to the hardworking sales team and a very pregnant sales manager, this stacked townhouse development sold over 85% of the 167 units through an intense 6 days of event driven sales back in October 2012.

In2ition Update!

Hi Everyone,

Well we're back in our new office! It feels great to be home again. Another couple of weeks and we should be all settled in.

For those who don't know, In2ition and the Toronto Star organized the BILD Amazing Race that was held last Thursday, July 15th. We had 15 teams race across Toronto completing different challenges. Each team paid a $500 entry fee for a team of 5 people, this fee also go them tickets to the BILD BBQ. Together we raised $7,500 and it was only the first year! Since Friday we have been receiving such AMAZING comments from people telling us how much fun they had! Thank you for those of you who participated! We look forward to seeing the rest of you next year!

If you haven't been by Mississauga's Parkside Village in a while - check it out. Construction has OFFICIALLY started! The Ground Breaking was held on Friday, July 9th with the full Amacon and In2ition Teams in attendance along side the Mayor.
